Curry sausages recipe

Curried Sausages, a British and Australian classic, are a delicious and easy meal for the entire family.

The curried sausage is as retro and delicious as you can get! This is the food we all remember from childhood. It disappeared and became “uncool,” however, I’m bringing it back because it is tasty, easy, and quick to make. The kids love it, too!

This quick and easy one-pot dish takes less than 30 minutes to prepare. Serve with fries, rice, or mashed potatoes!

Sausages – Any sausage link will work for this recipe. You can choose from beef, turkey, chicken, or pork sausages. You can even use vegetarian sausages! It is better to buy a high-quality sausage, as it will taste better and retain its shape. Use the chilled pre-cooked or sausage links if you are in the US.

Onions. You can use any onion you want for this recipe.

Vegetables: I like to use carrots, frozen beans, and corn. You can use any vegetable you like.

Curry Powder: You may use any curry blend you possess. Each brand has a different taste and flavor. Choose one you enjoy.

Broth: Adds flavor to curry gravy. You can use chicken, beef, or vegetable broth.

All-Purpose (Plain) flour: Add this to thicken curry gravy. You can reduce the curry with cornstarch to make it gluten-free. However, this will affect the ability of the finished dish to be frozen.
