How to cook the perfect beef steak

In this recipe, we would suggest using a sirloin or a fillet cut. Remove your meat from the refrigerator 30 minutes before it starts cooking. It will enable the beef to brown evenly.

Sprinkle the spice on both sides of your meat. In the frying pan, heat it and add a small amount of oil. Let the pan get hot before adding the heart. The goal is to get the oil to be smoking lightly. Place the meat in the pan, allowing each side to cook for three minutes. After placing the heart into the pan, don’t move it. Let it remain in close contact with your pan.

This cooking time gives you the best cooking time for your steak for this recipe, which is moderate to rare. You can cook it for a few minutes longer for each side to make sure you like the steak medium.

After removing the pan, let it sit for a minimum of 10 minutes. This allows the meat to rest, making it more succulent. This also allows you time to prepare your salad ingredients!

Build the salad

When the dressing is prepared, and the beef has been rested, prepare all ingredients for the salad. Combine all the ingredients in an enormous bowl and add around five tablespoons of dressing, then mix to coat all salad ingredients.

What’s Thai as a salad?
